Job Purpose
To be responsible for the completion of all property related; SOP’s, H&S policy and compliance aspects creating a safe environment for customers and colleagues.
Manage and support the maintenance team to deliver their objectives.
Delivery of standards and guest experience across the Maintenance/Property department in support of the General Manager.
Proactive identification and action of remedial building and property repairs.
Support the General Manager to achieve budgets and financial targets.
Operate at a Duty Management level as and when required.
Key Responsibilities
• To ensure compliance to Health & Safety policy, SOP’s and safeguarding on centre.
• To support the business to recruit, train, maintain and develop teams in line with company policy and brand standards.
• To ensure that all team members receive an annual formal review with supporting documented monthly one2one review meetings, assessing both business and personal performance and development.
• To ensure team members have completed all statutory training via Flow.
• To support the General Manager in controlling and overseeing all maintenance and property related centre budget areas in close liaison with the Finance Team and Regional Head of Operations.
• To support the delivery of business growth and cost saving opportunities whilst ensuring brand standards.
Essential Criteria
• Maintenance/ Property management experience in a commercial residential setting
• Can demonstrate the ability to manage H&S, SOP’s, Compliance and Standards – E
• Experience of managing and developing teams
• Understanding of safeguarding
• IT literate, Word, Excel, Powerpoint
• Can demonstrate working to external audit standards BAPA, EHO
• Relevant skilled labour related qualifications
