Home Based with the intention of visiting the Skern site when required.
The main purpose of your role will be to provide a robust administration service to meet the contractual, financial & quality requirements of Skern Training & Skills. This will include the input and maintenance of apprenticeship and learner data and documents to key systems.

You will work with the Compliance and Funding Manager to audit and produce compliance tracking and reporting, showing clear audit processes and supporting in preparation for audit and inspections.

This role will be a key contact for employers & the STS sales team, supporting with apprenticeship adverts in The Apprenticeship Service through high quality customer service skills and a clear attention to detail.

Key role responsibilities and accountabilities

Support with the compliance & smooth running of all STS management information systems & apprenticeship processes.
Be the key contact for the STS sales team and external employers to support with apprenticeship recruitment.
Prepare Excel/ CSV templates, accessing relevant external databases, data validation for key learner and employer information.
Prepare relevant Excel/ CSV templates with learner data, validate and support with the upload onto The Apprenticeship Service.
Input learner data and supporting documents onto STS systems, ensuring compliance with all external quality requirements.
Review and complete compliance checks on all STS apprentices through our Management Information System (MIS) Bud.
Update Excel tracking documents and share findings with the Funding and Compliance Manager.
Supporting the Funding and Compliance Manager with data cleansing and updating of documents, policies and procedures.
Encourage and develop excellence and continuous improvement with a clear focus on detail, customer service and timeliness.
To maintain and update own knowledge, skills and occupational competence.
