Senior Marketing Executive

Job Purpose Summary:
This role will be marketing lead on our Kingswood brand, leading day-to-day delivery of the annual marketing plan across all channels. Creating effective and engaging content is crucial to the role, utilising it to increase our reach and drive bookings/revenue.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
• Working with Marketing Director to devise and deliver annual marketing plan for agreed brands/products, ensuring activities deliver to agreed levels of ROI
• Manage marketing budget and marketing credit card spend, reconciling reports for finance on a monthly basis.
• Implementing the delivery of timely and effective marketing campaigns across agreed products as well as recruitment marketing activity.
• Developing and delivering online and offline lead generation campaigns across all brands, but primarily Kingswood
• Leading on social media and blog management; content creation, audits and advertising across relevant brands/products.
• Work with web agency to develop the website, improving the customer journey and increasing conversion
• Capturing and developing unique content at our locations, with a focus on creating and curating content for our social media channels (including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and LinkedIn) and blogs.
• Actively encouraging employees’ use of social media channels and pro-actively assisting with generating new and engaging content across the company.
• Supporting the Marketing Director and People team in implementing an effective internal comms strategy, and intranet management.
• Working with third party suppliers including mailing houses, printers and design agencies where required.
• Monitoring competitor activity and conducting ad hoc research projects as defined by the marketing team.
• Assisting with the management of third party website listings and advertising packages.
• Working with the in house design team to create gifs, videos, creative campaign assets and infographics.
• Ensuring all messaging, design and tone of voice are consistent with brand positioning across all channels.
• Assisting and supporting the marketing team on additional tasks (such as events and photo shoots etc.) as required to aid with the smooth running of the department.
• Ensuring Company policies and procedures are followed at all times.

Person Spec and Skills:
• Preferably five years’ experience in a marketing role
• Excellent copywriting and attention to detail is needed for this role
• Proficiency in social media essential
• Ability to work productively in a small team, and communicate effectively with colleagues at all levels
• Ability to manage multiple projects, keeping to agreed deadlines
• Customer orientated with an understanding of advertising and marketing principles
• Must be able to see how their role integrates with the bigger picture.
