This is a field role, and the successful candidate will primarily work remotely with the view to visit the head office in Brighton once / twice a week.

Job Purpose:

Responsible for resourcing and recruiting high quality candidates across the Inspiring Learning and Kingswood brand. To ensure the recruitment processes are followed and accurate data input is undertaken. Attending assessment Days and other recruitment events as well as adhoc projects set by the Recruitment Manager (Kingswood). Interviewing/ screening candidates via video call and telephone.
Help support the Recruitment Manager in multiple recruitment campaigns for several different centres across the UK. To fully support and exemplify the overall company purpose and values of – ‘Keep it Simple’; ‘Know your Stuff’; ‘Give it your all’; ‘Make it Fun’ and ‘Own it’.

Key role responsibilities and accountabilities:


Responsible for meeting weekly targets to find quality candidates for selection on assessment.
Screening and booking appointments into team diary, ensuring the system is kept up-dated at all times.
Conduct engaging telephone screenings, interacting with candidates to ensuring effective evaluation for suitability.
Conducting virtual, telephone and occasional face to face interviews.
Accurate and timely data entry on the system following screenings.
Providing constructive feedback to candidates who do not meet our quality standards.
Proactive liaison with candidates, ensuring emails/paperwork etc are completed in a timely manner.
Undertaking reports/processes ensuring all information is completed prior to/after assessments and inductions.
Attendance on assessments as directed by the RTL to assist with paperwork/data input and feedback on candidates

Preparation for Assessments/Induction:

Arrangements and planning for assessments/interviews.
Attending and supporting assessments.
Maintain strong communication with Recruitment and HR team on update on recruitment stats and progress.


Responsible for building relationships with key contacts and supporting other departments to ensure smooth and efficient processes.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with our centres and hiring managers.
Work closely with the Recruitment team to ensure effective process.


Providing feedback on Recruitment process on an on-going basis to ensure it continues to be efficient.
Deal with all items received in the careers inbox on a daily basis.
Reporting on a daily/weekly basis on recruitment activity to the Recruitment Manager.
Deliver a Best-in-class recruitment service and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

Typical knowledge, skills and experience:

Broad internal recruitment experience.
CIPD qualified - desirable but not essential.
Ability to work from own initiative.
Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
Good data input skills.
Ability to work efficiently in a high demand, team oriented and fast pace environment.
A proactive approach with the ability to use own initiative to suggest improvements and facilitate change.
