Purpose of role:

Responsible for developing and managing the Employer Branding and Recruitment Marketing strategies by bringing modern marketing methods and tactics to the recruiting process in order to attract top talent in the market.

Key role responsibilities and accountabilities:

Work closely with the People Team to plan and implement a recruitment marketing and employer branding strategy to attract high-quality applicants.
Ensure all employer branding efforts compliment company brand activity, paying close attention to tone of voice.
Plan and manage recruitment media campaigns (annual calendar) using innovative approaches.
Track, measure and report on campaign results to inform future campaigns.
Create content for posting on social media and manage all social media recruitment.

Oversee company’s career site and suggest improvements.
Work with recruitment team to support the creation of engaging job descriptions.
Identify the tactics and platforms that will be most effective in reaching a specified target audience.
Create and implement strategies for building a talent network/talent community.
Monitor Glassdoor and work with Marketing function to plan and execute activities for engaging reviewers (i.e. SEO activity).
Design and plan recruiting events,
Serve as brand ambassador at various events, like career fairs or on-campus recruiting events,
Generate monthly updates for company’s leadership about upcoming recruitment marketing initiatives.
Create monthly reports on key recruitment marketing metrics.
Communicate regularly with HR department to get a clear view of company’s hiring needs and organisational goals.
Work closely with Recruitment department to develop creative ways for addressing recruitment challenges.
Suggest new ideas for improving candidate experience and engagement.
Research marketing and advertising trends in the industry.
Keep abreast of new trends in social media channels.
Carry out any other duties that are within the scope, spirit and purpose of the role, as required.

Typical knowledge, skills and experience:

Previous working experience preferably as a Recruitment Marketing Specialist for 2 years+. Candidates with previous working experience for 2+ year(s) in Recruiting, Human Resources, Marketing or Advertising are also welcomed to apply
Experience in building Social Media presence essential
In-depth knowledge of employer branding strategies and recruitment marketing
Excellent understanding of recruitment processes and candidates selection methods
Hands on experience with recruitment marketing software
Outstanding organisational and time management skills
Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and prioritise daily workload
Creative thinker and proactive problem solver
Good attention to detail essential
Ability to work under pressure and to respond quickly to changing circumstances and to tight timetable

Part-time hours: 15 per week
