Job Purpose:
You have a keen eye for design and are a pro at managing multiple creative briefs and projects to ensure the smooth delivery of excellent creative work across multiple channels. You will be a great communicator and be comfortable working within a fast paced, ever-changing environment, thriving on the challenges this brings. You’ll bring your own creative flair and be a key part in delivering excellent campaigns for each of our brands. We want you to stand out in our growing team, not blend in.

PRIMARY OBJECTIVES OF THE ROLE
• Deliver outstanding creative across print and digital channels
• Work across multiple projects and brands
• Build effective relationships with key departments and internal clients
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
• You’ll be a top-class multimedia designer, with a want to always learn more on the job
• Working across print and digital, developing exceptional work for our family of brands
• Communicate clearly and confidently with internal departments to understand their objectives
• Delivering creative solutions to business challenges
• Collaborating on new evolving marketing campaigns
• Helping develop our brand portfolio
• Make each brand shine by following the brand identity guidelines
• Building brilliant relationships with our external agencies (web design etc.)
• Overseeing photo and video shoots

WHAT YOU'LL NEED
• Excellent broad knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
• Skilled at working under pressure
• A pragmatic problem solver
• Ambitious, growth mindset with a high level of attention to detail
• An excellent honest communicator, with a team-oriented personality
• Great commercial awareness, and someone who can ask the right questions is key
• Able to manage multiple projects, in a fast-paced environment
• Understand the nature of the job and embody the company’s values and vision
• Solid knowledge of social media platforms and website CMSs
• Ideally a combined skill set of Graphic Design and Animation/Motion Graphics

Person Spec and Skills:
• Preferably two years’ experience in a creative/design role
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, experience with motion graphics and animation is a bonus
• Ability to work productively in a small team, and communicate well with colleagues at all levels
• Ability to manage multiple projects, keeping to agreed deadlines
• Outstanding creative abilities – always ready to bring new ideas and learn more
• Must be able to see how their role integrates with the bigger picture
