The Recruitment Advisor – Camp Beaumont is responsible for meeting weekly targets to recruit quality Group Leaders, Head Group Leaders, Management and Activity Instructors for our Holiday Camps in and around London.
Attending assessments, completing phone, face to face, video interviews and other recruitment events as well as ad hoc projects set by the Recruitment Manager.

What would you be doing?
Supporting the Recruitment team with the full recruitment life cycle – for Camp Beaumont and Kingswood when needed
Using multiple attraction channels to establish a talent pool – job boards, social media, internal contacts etc
Ensuring candidate experience is at the heart of everything we do
Adhere to data protection and security requirements
Developing an understanding of the latest trends in recruitment method and keeping up to date with the market to find new ways to attract candidates
Threading our brand through everything you do
Ensuring campaigns are delivered to the highest standard
What are we looking for?
Resourcing experience in high volume recruitment
Comfortable with hosting assessment events for 30 - 40 people
Experience of candidate attraction
Confident in attracting candidates through events
Experience in direct sourcing candidates from various job boards
Good communication skills
Good team player
Strong attention to detail
